Consult an Index card
All index cards consist of different blocks of information and multiple links to lists, photos, plans or other index cards. All information is downloadable.
The same structure for all Index cards
Codata Explorer allows you to save the encoded search criteria and share your searches with other users. You will find below the procedure to follow.
Launch the search
As explained in the "Make a search" heading, after completing the appropriate search fields (see example below), you can start the search via the "Search" button. You will get a list of results.
Save the search
You can then save the search criteria encoded above. To do so, two solutions:
- either click on the "Save this search query" pictogram located in the menu to the right of the list of results
- or click on the "Save this search query" tab at the bottom of the results list
Then a window opens through which you will be able to name your search and save it
Once your search criteria have been saved, you will then be able to upload them:
- via the search engines by clicking on the "Retrieve a search" tab
After performing this operation, a window opens through which you will be able to load the saved search criteria by clicking on the "Start search" pictogram
- via the subscriber area, by clicking on the "Start search" picto in the list of saved searches
Automatically, the list of results from the saved search criteria is reloaded
The data collected by Codata is regularly updated, so the list of results from your search may have changed when you start the search again
Share the search
Any saved search can then be shared with other Codata Explorer users from your subscriber area by clicking on the "Share Search" picto in the list of saved searches
After performing this operation, a window opens through which you can share your saved search
A second window opens with the link to the URL address of your saved search. All you have to do now is copy the link and share it
When a search is shared, a green "v" appears below the "Shared" heading
