Download of histories
Thanks to the field censuses carried out each year on the anniversary date, Codata provides its members with annual trends compiled in informative histories
The main historical data concern:
- The history of the vacancy rate,
- The history of the % of Retailers,
- The history of the activity distribution.
These histories are available:
- Site by Site via the Shops Statistics Index cards,
- For a list of Sites via the download of XLS files.
Know the history of a Site via the Shops Statistics Index cards
- History of the vacancy rate and history of the % of Retailers
You can isolate the variable(s) you are interested in by checking or unchecking the desired history. (In the example below, we chose the vacancy rate and the % of Retailers)
- History of the activity distribution
You can represent the history of one or more activities on the same graph. Simply check the activity(ies) chosen. In the example below, we chose the "Clothing" and the "Perfumes – Beauty – Body Care" sectors
Know the history of a list of Sites via the download of XLS files
In order to illustrate the possibility of downloading the history of the vacancy rate, the history of the % of Retailers and the history of the activity distribution, we chose a list of Sites that corresponds to the shopping centres located in the municipality of Marseille
From this list, it is possible to extract an XLS file and thus download the history of the vacancy rate, the history of the % of Retailers and/or the history of the activity distribution for all the Sites included in the results list
After clicking on the XLS download pictogram, a new window opens in which the different download attributes can be selected
- History of the vacancy rate
- History of the % of Retailers
- History of the activity distribution

After choosing the attributes to download (in this case, the historical attributes of the percentage of Retailers) and clicking on "Download file", a window opens:
After confirming the acceptance of the general conditions and the deduction of the Codata Units linked to the generation of the file and clicking on "Confirm download" ; the file is generated
It can be downloaded directly via the "Download file" button or via your subscriber area
