All maps and data available in Codata Explorer can be downloaded.

Three pictograms indicate the available file formats: PDF, PNG, XLS.

PDF Download

The PDF pictogram appears at the bottom of each page in Codata Explorer:

• Lists of sites, locations, retailers and service providers
• Index cards of sites, retailers, service providers and projects
• Statistics and population index cards
• Pictures and panoramic views
• Maps at all zoom levels.

It works the same way in every instance.

Then all you need to do is save and/or print the file.

The PDF pictogram also appears in the cartographic window.

You can choose among 4 formats: A3 Landscape and Portrait, A4 Landscape and Portrait.

It is advisable to use the preview mode to adjust the framing you wish to save.

When the preview mode is enabled, the cartographic interface decreases in 2 zoom levels to allow you to adjust the framing with precision.

Select one of the A4 and A3 formats. The area to print is highlighted. A simple "click and drag" allows you to adjust the area you wish to print.

Print or save your maps in the desired format by clicking on the "Printing" pictogram.

To allow the preview, the cartographic interface decreases in 2 zoom levels. Nevertheless, it is the initial level that is downloaded and appears in the PDF file.

To exit the preview mode, click again on the "preview" pictogram.

PNG Download

The PNG pictogram only appears in the cartographic window.

Click on the pictogram and the area visible on the screen is imported in the file.

XLS Download

The XLS pictogram appears at the bottom of 4 different pages:

• List of Sites
• List of Locations
• List of Projects
• List of Retailers
• List of Service Providers.

You will also find the XLS pictogram on some statistics Index cards.

It works the same way in every instance.

Click on the XLS pictogram at the bottom of the page.

A "Data Download" window pops up.

When moving the cursor over each area, you get the precise detail of each group of attributes that you can select.

Make your choice among the groups of attributes. The number of Codata units is calculated automatically according to your choices.

An example of file is at your disposal. You can download it to better visualise the structure of the proposed file.

Once you have selected the groups of attributes of your choice, you can click on "Download the selected file".

You get a summary of the choices you have made.

All you need to do is confirm the download by ticking the acceptance box (general terms) and clicking on "Confirm".

The "File download" page appears.

The download link available on the page is simultaneously sent to your email address.

You have 30 days to download the file. Beyond this period, the link is automatically disabled.

All maps and pages in Codata Explorer can be downloaded in PDF format.
Data for sites, locations, retailers and service providers are classified by group of attributes and can be downloaded in XLS format.
